We are a dynamic multinational logistics company with extensive global presence and involvement across various industry sectors. **As a Traffic Manager:** * Manage the allocation of appropriate internal and external resources for daily operations, maintaining direct communication with customers and suppliers. * Route planning. * Operational monitoring. * Negotiation with suppliers. * Incident management. **What we require from you:** * Ideally 1\-2 years of experience in a similar position. * Minimum education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics. * English level minimum B2 (desirable). * Experience in customer interaction and strong communication skills. * Knowledge of transportation TMS. * Help maintain a positive work environment and foster collaboration. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Personal vehicle (ideal). * Immediate availability to join. * Prior experience with other logistics operators is ideal. * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and split shifts. **What we offer you:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00\. * Continuous training and professional development. * A positive work environment.
