Do you want to develop your potential and grow professionally with us? **Job Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Manage the change lifecycle (Change Management). * Analyze the impact and risks associated with change requests. * Coordinate implementation windows with various technical teams. * Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Networks, Security, and Business areas. * Prepare and maintain documentation related to changes. * Track changes until successful implementation. * Produce reports, KPIs, and tracking metrics. * Identify opportunities for improvement in Change Management processes. * Participate in coordination meetings with national and international teams. **Job Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in IT Change Management, PMO, or Project Coordination roles. * Knowledge of ITIL processes (especially Change Management). * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to manage risks, priorities, and planning. * Experience preparing functional and tracking documentation. * Advanced English proficiency (work in an international environment). * Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. * Experience in banking environments or large organizations is a plus. * Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar) is a plus. **Additional Information:** -------------------------- ### **Qualification** Vocational training ### **Contract Type** Permanent contract ### **Minimum Experience** 3 years ### **Working Hours** Full-time At Alcorce, we champion talent without labels.
