Description

The job involves cleaning the restaurant kitchen, including generally the grill, oven cleaning, filter cleaning, changing oil in 6 fryers or filtering oil according to its service life, salamanders, bread bins, walls, floors, tables, and all other tasks involved in operating a restaurant kitchen. Working hours are nocturnal, 7 days a week, 6 hours per day, with corresponding 2 days off from Monday to Sunday, totaling 30 hours per week. Shift starts at 24:00 on regular days and at 24:30 on the eve of holidays or weekends.
