Hypermarket Maintenance Manager

Description

We are looking for professionals who want to lead maintenance in our hypermarkets. Among other responsibilities, your main challenges will be: * You will guarantee the proper functioning of the hypermarket, ensuring excellence and agility in preventive and corrective maintenance (CMMS). * You will lead internal maintenance teams, organizing their daily activities (schedules, tasks) and fostering an excellent working environment. * You will strategically interact with external maintenance providers (industrial refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection systems), optimizing resources and ensuring control over general expenses. * You will report to and collaborate closely with the store management team, providing your expertise to analyze deviations, propose key investments, and monitor assets. * You will ensure safety and rigorous documentation for all facilities and machinery within the store.
