**Minimum Requirements:** * Windows operating systems: installation, configuration, updates, and user support. * Microsoft 365: user support (Outlook, Teams, etc.). * Networks: diagnosis of connectivity issues and configuration (PCs, laptops, mobile devices). * Cybersecurity: intermediate-level knowledge and daily applicable best practices. * Familiarity with ticket management tools (GLPI, Freshdesk or similar). * Remote support and remote access tools for devices. * Information security: prior experience managing ISO 27001 procedures\. * Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable technical support experience in professional work environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attending to and resolving user incidents and requests, both on-site and remotely. * Supporting and configuring workstations: desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, etc. * Diagnosing connectivity issues on PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. * Setting up and managing meetings and videoconferences (streaming, rooms, equipment). * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the already-implemented ISO 27001 certification requirements: at least 2 years’ experience managing ISO 27001 is required\. * Applying cybersecurity best practices and raising user awareness. **Additional Assets (Positive Considerations):** * Spanish Sign Language (LSE): not mandatory, but highly valued given our organization’s nature and its mission of supporting deaf individuals. * Advanced cybersecurity knowledge (firewalls, ethical hacking, etc.). * Disability certificate. **We Offer:** * Long-term replacement position. * Hybrid work model: two days of remote work per week. * Start date: August / September 2026\.
