Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to support site management, handling day-to-day operations, supervising technical progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily management and technical supervision of construction sites. 2. Control of schedules, costs, and certifications. 3. Dynamic role focused on quality and regulations. We are looking for a person to assist with site management tasks in the Cogolludo area. The job involves managing daily construction activities, ensuring the team follows established procedures, organizing work shifts, and supervising that all work progresses according to the technical plan. Main responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, controlling execution timelines and expenses, as well as handling required certifications. This is a dynamic role requiring close attention to ensure all on-site work is carried out correctly and meets established quality standards. The contract is full-time, with forty hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours are split, taking place between 08:00 and 18:00, always respecting daily rest periods. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible, committed, and organized individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage.
