We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **OBJECTIVES:** This position is a key role in maintaining the systems that support factory operations. The Local Data Analyst (LDA) creates, modifies, and maintains local master data (GMPs and business data) for the plant using established processes and procedures. As part of this data maintenance, tasks include data collection, entry, and cleansing in SAP (R3/APO), PMX, and other systems, per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The LDA is responsible for maintaining Material Master, Structures (BOMs), Recipes, Resources (Work Centers), Transition Matrices, and Packaging Production Procedures in the systems, ensuring local data accuracy and correctness through verification processes and periodic audits. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain a safe working environment, work safely and responsibly, and support all Corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental objectives. * Execute updates of all master data in the plant’s MES and WES systems, coordinated with Global and Local Data Analysts from other affiliates and master data owners across various factory departments. * Manage data change requests via approved tools. * Actively participate in product discontinuations by performing assigned Local Data Analyst tasks within defined timelines. * Comply with execution of Global Policies and Local Procedures. * Periodically verify data in systems and ensure its accuracy and consistency. * Provide necessary data-related support to requesting departments for process optimization and resolution of daily operational issues. * Participate in annual cost and standard reviews and updates in preparation for the Business Plan cycle. * Execute and analyze monthly slow-moving inventory. **PERSONAL SKILLS:** * Communication and teamwork skills. * Organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills. * Ability to analyze, anticipate, and resolve complex problems (technical, operational, or business-related). **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher Technician in Administration and Finance. * No experience required. * User-level computer literacy. * Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is highly desirable. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry or related fields is advantageous. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Flexible working hours. * Contract for professional internship \- 6 months.
