We show it to you in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **Customer Project Advisor** in our stores will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and accompanying customers throughout Leroy Merlin’s turnkey projects, managing the entire sales process—from the moment they express their needs until project completion—with the objective of achieving overall customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty while reinforcing the corporate brand image. Their **main functions and areas of influence will be as follows:** Advise and accompany the customer in their project—with or without installation—by developing the initial design proposal as well as the final version following precise measurements. Provide diligent, protocol-based sales advice to the customer, resolving any questions or issues that may arise throughout the sales process, personalizing and delivering positive shopping experiences.
