Oversee ground transport and operational billing **Essential Job Functions: Junior Warehouse Manager** * Lead a small (around 10 people) multidisciplinary team, managing the both the operational warehouse team and the operational administration and customer service team. * Regular contact with current customers. First point of escalation. * Control operational and customer KPIs. * Responsibility over operational side of billing. * Management of ground transport for the site.
