Opportunities for professional growth in dynamic projects Site Manager – Infrastructure / Telecommunications Santiago de Compostela (100% on-site) We are looking for a **Site Manager** with experience in **technical installations (telecommunications, fiber optics, structured cabling)** to join projects in Santiago de Compostela. What will be your role? You will be responsible for on-site execution of installation projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints, as well as coordinating technical teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities * Planning and management of on-site work (cabling, ducting, equipment installation) * Coordination of technicians and subcontractors * Management of materials, resources, and warehouse inventory * Resolution of on-site incidents * Reporting on progress, milestones, and deviations * Interaction with clients and project team members * Implementation of occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) * Training of technicians (fiber optics, UTP, cabling certification) Requirements * Experience in **installations / telecommunications / fiber optics (FTTH)** * Fieldwork or deployment experience on construction sites * Ability to coordinate teams * Knowledge of construction site planning and resource management * Intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1 is desirable) **Mandatory requirement:** Willingness and availability to travel and temporarily reside outside your home city, including abroad.
