Maximum amount to be defined with Subcontracts Management. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * You coordinate and execute all administrative services required at the construction site, ensuring compliance with project schedule, cost targets and local regulations. * You support personnel mobilisation, recruitment of local resources and coordination of vendor representatives according to project planning. * You organise travel arrangements, visa processes, vehicle rentals, accommodation, catering and onsite transport for project personnel. * You ensure proper timekeeping for staff and external personnel, including verification of attendance, working hours and support during emergency drills. * You prepare the Site Book with essential information for incoming personnel and coordinate the maintenance of site offices and temporary site facilities including utilities and IT communication. * You manage local procurement for temporary materials and consumables, and administer petty cash and accounts where delegated. * You prepare and maintain documentation for tax compliance, insurance cases, damage reports, deficiencies and back charge procedures. * You support the reuse, recycling or sale of surplus materials and maintain accurate records of all associated transactions. * You document, archive and maintain all approvals, item lists, bids, receipts, invoices and other project relevant records. * You take over additional project specific tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, Site Manager or Site Procurement Manager. **YOUR PROFILE** * You have professional experience in administrative coordination on industrial construction sites. * You are familiar with mobilisation processes, local logistics, accommodation coordination, personnel support and site organisation. * You work in a structured, reliable and service oriented manner and communicate effectively with international project teams. * You are willing to work full time on site and adapt to project specific requirements.

This role is your chance to lead efforts on a massive project involving superstructures for methane and ethylene production, set to be transported to the United States. * **Project Location**: Tarragona, Spain * **Start Date**: As soon as possible * **Completion of Work:** approx. 30 April 2027 * **Contract Type**: Fixed\-term employment or freelance contract * **Duration**: Minimum 18 months, with possibility of extension * **Workload**: 56 hours per week, 6 days per week **YOUR RESPONSIBILIES** * Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the site HSE management system and support the Site HSE Manager in all health, safety, and environmental matters. * Provide technical consulting to our client’s site management and contractor HSE personnel on HSE compliance and best practices. * Contribute to the development and implementation of the project\-specific HSE Program Site, including Safe Work Procedures and Permit\-to\-Work systems. * Prepare, revise, and conduct HSE inductions and trainings for our client’s and contractor personnel on site (e.g. risk assessment, job safety analysis, hazard awareness). * Perform safety walks and inspections of site facilities, construction areas, and contractor workplaces to verify compliance with project and legal HSE requirements. * Ensure systematic reporting and investigation of HSE incidents, unsafe acts, and near misses in accordance with established procedures. * Monitor the correct use of personal protective equipment and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures resulting from inspections or incident investigations. * Participate actively in site coordination meetings and liaise closely with construction, quality, and commissioning teams to maintain a consistent HSE standard across all disciplines. * Propose and follow up on preventive or disciplinary measures for non\-compliance cases as per project requirements. * Promote a strong HSE culture and act as a role model for safe, compliant, and efficient site execution. **YOUR PROFILE** * Degree in occupational safety, environmental engineering, electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. * Several years of on\-site experience in HSE supervision within industrial construction, chemical, or energy projects. * Comprehensive knowledge of construction site safety standards and European HSE legislation, ideally including Linde or comparable systems. * Hands\-on experience in permit\-to\-work coordination, incident investigation, and contractor HSE management. * Training as a **Recurso Preventivo** is required. * Good knowledge of **Spanish and English language**; experience in **Spain and with Spanish HSE regulations** is an advantage. * Excellent communication and coordination skills in multinational environments. * Strong organizational mindset and a proactive, solution\-oriented approach with a firm commitment to zero\-harm principles.
