Company Information Company PROMAN (Vic) Job Description Position **Production Supporter** Location Reus Region Baix Camp Number of positions 1 Category Technician Department Production Working hours 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Salary According to assessment Contract type Company Contract duration Permanent Description We at PROMAN PERSONAS ETT are seeking a Production Supporter (Assistant) to provide administrative and operational support to the Production Department, ensuring proper document management, tracking of operational staff, and coordination of external services. This role contributes to the plant’s daily smooth operation and compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards. Main responsibilities include: - Production Management. - Opening and closing work orders in the ERP system or corresponding tool. - Generating daily work sheets. - Tracking and controlling daily production documents, verifying they are correctly completed and filed. - Supporting shift supervisors in collecting performance indicators (KPIs) and production reports. - Operations Staff Management. - Maintaining and updating the operational staff calendar (shifts, vacations, leaves, personal days, etc.). - Managing administrative onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes in coordination with the HR Department. - Maintaining clear communication with HR to ensure all personnel updates are accurately reflected in corporate systems. - Coordination with External Services. - Managing incidents and monitoring compliance with contracted services. - Onboarding and Training. - Coordinating initial documentation, issuing personal protective equipment, and supporting initial safety and procedure training. - Preparing reports and tracking incidents related to production or personnel. - Collaborating on continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. Publication date 08/01/2026 Requirements Qualification Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or university degree in Administration, Industrial Organization, or similar Preferred qualifications Requirements Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or support experience in an industrial or production environment; experience in the food industry is highly valued. Knowledge and competencies: - Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). - ERP system knowledge (SAP, Block, etc.) is desirable. - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
