We are looking for a rigorous and responsible individual whose work has a direct impact on service delivery and the customer’s final experience. **Why this position?** This role directly supports daily operations, ensuring that the kitchen and dining area have the necessary products, in the right condition and at the right time. **Your main responsibilities:** * Manage and organize product storage in the cellar and warehouse, ensuring proper classification and preservation according to the requirements of each item. * Monitor inventory levels, supervising stock to guarantee adequate supply and avoid stockouts or overstocking. * Receive and inspect goods delivered by suppliers, verifying their quality, quantity, and condition. Supervise proper product rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system to optimize ingredient usage and minimize waste. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and storage regulations, guaranteeing optimal conditions aligned with current health standards. * Efficiently supply required ingredients to the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely and appropriate product availability. * Collaborate with the purchasing and administration teams, providing information on replenishment needs, consumption fluctuations, and opportunities for improvement in stock management. * Rigorously record all incoming and outgoing goods, using digital and/or manual tools for precise inventory control. * Identify, report, and resolve issues related to supply and storage, such as spoiled products, delivery delays, or space constraints. * Correctly apply established procedures for waste segregation and management, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. * Provide support for any other tasks related to restaurant operations, as needed. **What we offer:** * **Contract type:** Permanent intermittent contract * **Working hours:** Full-time * **Schedule:** 8:00–16:00, Monday to Sunday, with two weekly rest days**.** * **Salary:** €1,500–€1,600 gross per month (paid in 14 installments), prorated according to hours worked**.** * **Benefits package:** Private healthcare insurance (comprehensive, with no waiting period after one year at Grup Blasi), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and much more. * Opportunities for professional training and career growth.
