Delinternet Telecom, a regional telecommunications operator with its own fiber optic network, is seeking to hire construction workers to join our Engineering and Construction team, providing support for the construction work required for the deployment and expansion of our fiber optic network. Selected candidates will work alongside our technicians and operators, primarily performing support tasks in construction, ducting, and civil works related to fiber optic deployment. The selected candidate will support the technical team in fiber optic deployment activities, mainly carrying out construction tasks and preparation of work areas. Responsibilities will include digging small trenches, installing pipes and ducts, preparing manholes, handling tools, and assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting materials. This is primarily a hands-on, field-based position. * Experience: 2 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction sector is required; experience operating machinery, using tools, and performing construction work is especially valued. Experience in ducting, trenching, installations, or maintenance will also be considered.
