Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator to operate and supervise fruit production lines, ensuring quality, handling machinery, and performing rigorous quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Rigorous quality control at each production stage We are looking for a person to work as a machine operator in the food industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising production lines dedicated to fruit processing. They will ensure compliance with defined quality standards and work procedures. This includes expert handling of fruit processing machinery—such as crushers, juice extractors, and pasteurization systems—guaranteeing optimal operation and preventive maintenance. Additionally, rigorous quality control must be carried out at every stage of the production process, verifying that final products meet the highest hygiene standards as well as the expected flavor and texture characteristics. The role involves making precise adjustments and calibrations to machines, adapting them to product specifications and production requirements. Preparation of reports and production monitoring is also required, recording relevant information for performance analysis. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, distributed from Monday to Friday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum six months’ experience performing tasks similar to those described. * We seek a motivated individual with strong teamwork skills. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
