Key responsibilities include: * Design and develop strategies for continuous improvement of processes and operations. * Implement improvement methodologies. * Lead improvement projects from conceptualization through to implementation. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution. * Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Evaluate process performance using KPIs. * Foster an organizational culture oriented toward continuous improvement. * Prepare reports on the progress of improvement initiatives. * Report results and benefits achieved to company management. * Lead change management to ensure adoption of new practices and improved processes. * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to align improvement objectives with the company’s vision and mission. * Manage sandach appropriately according to category. * Manage generated waste appropriately and selectively. * Comply with and confirm adherence to applicable environmental and occupational health and safety (PRL) requirements within the organization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: University degree, Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Master’s. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar tasks is desirable. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite). * Must reside in the province where the position is located. **OFFERED:** * An interesting position offering professional development opportunities. * Ongoing on-the-job training. * Full-time employment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling.
