Our Apprenticeship Program aims to train and develop emerging talent across various business areas. To achieve this, we have designed a training itinerary in which we will assign you a mentor to ensure the quality of your training, guaranteeing that you make the most of your experience. We are seeking students with backgrounds in Labor Relations and Human Resources who are interested in supporting employee lifecycle management—from onboarding and contracting, through documentation management, to termination of the employment relationship. **Key Details:** * Location: Polígono Atalayas, Alicante * Format: In-person * Schedule: 20–39 hours per week **What Will You Do Daily?** * Assist with onboarding procedures. * Participate in contract registration. * Support management of personnel changes. * Participate in managing Social Security files. **What Are We Looking For?** * Background in Labor Relations and Human Resources * English level B2 **What Else Do We Offer?** * Paid internships * Employee discount * Sports facilities: Gym equipped with premium professional equipment, football, basketball, and two paddle tennis courts. * Flexible working hours * Personalized training itinerary * Continuous training in both hard skills and soft skills. **About the Group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have grown into a destination for those passionate about sports and sportswear.
