Industrial maintenance knowledge for fault identification. Experience working with work permits and using CMMS / Maximo. **Experience:** More than three years’ experience as Shift Supervisor. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work rotating shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined work in a safety-oriented, environmentally conscious, and continuously improving production process environment. **Desirable:** Residence near the facility. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation; Planning, Organization, and Continuous Improvement. #### **Responsibilities** **General Functions:** * Plant Supervision and Operation: active management and supervision of daily plant operation and performance, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Emergency Management and Regulatory Compliance: coordinate emergency responses and ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations. * Documentation and Communication Management: develop, update, and communicate operational procedures and technical documentation, essential for operational integrity. * Personnel Training and Supervision: direct supervision of staff and contracted companies, focusing on training, qualification, and adherence to safety standards. * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: drive innovation and continuous improvement by researching and proposing new technologies and processes to optimize plant operability. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator, currently managing exclusively renewable generation assets.
