The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** Proven experience of at least 5 years as a **Full Stack Developer** in software development environments: * Proficiency in **ReactJS** for developing modern, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications. * Solid experience with **Python** and the **Flask** framework for backend service and application development. * Advanced knowledge of **MariaDB**, relational database design, and query optimization. * Experience working with **REST APIs**, integrations, and modern software architectures. * Fluent **English level (C1 mandatory)** to operate in an international environment and collaborate with global teams. * Ability to conduct **code reviews**, provide technical judgment, and ensure the quality of developed solutions. * Skill to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and technical stakeholders. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Full Stack Development:** Design, develop, and maintain new frontend and backend features using ReactJS, Python, and Flask. * **Technical Solution Design:** Participate in defining, designing, and validating solutions alongside the project lead, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives. * **Code Review and Quality Assurance:** Review, validate, and guarantee the quality of code produced by international teams, promoting best development practices and quality standards. * **Architecture and Best Practices:** Actively contribute to architectural decisions regarding scalability, maintainability, and technological evolution of applications. * **Data Design and Integration:** Design and implement efficient data models, ensuring proper integration with developed applications and services. * **Innovation and Artificial Intelligence:** Collaborate on initiatives involving vector databases, AI-based solutions, and emerging technologies that deliver business value. * **Maintenance and Scalability:** Ensure software quality, stability, maintainability, and scalability, contributing to continuous product improvement. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with technical and business teams in an international setting to identify needs and transform them into high-impact technological solutions.
