Our primary objective is to design and build NextGen platforms supporting corporate clients and relationship managers, both in multinational contexts (CIB and BEC cross\-border) and in BBVA Group’s local geographies. Our work environment is NextGen (based on the private cloud Ether architecture and public clouds such as AWS, Google, Azure, etc.) and Agile, offering you the opportunity to experience the latest in technology and current engineering work dynamics. **Main Responsibilities:** * Projects face the challenge of developing new Master systems using all emerging technologies. The professional we seek must have proven experience and actively contribute to solution ideation and technical definition, functional definition, backlog management, and implementation processes. * Support planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects in corporate banking. * Collaborate with business, technology, and cross\-functional teams (risk, legal, security). * Timely monitor compliance with strategic KPIs (global and local). * Coordinate activities and tasks related to the projects under management. * Plan and execute workstreams aligned with the success of the strategic plan. * Manage a portfolio of projects involving in\-house development and third\-party platform integrations. **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience in technology projects, preferably in the financial and/or banking sector. * Technological vision of new Commercial products related to Payments, Collections, Treasury Management, Liquidity Management, Lending, Trade Finance, FX, SCF, High\-Value Products, Embedded Solutions, and GenAI\-based Data Solutions. * Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to coordinate and collaborate with international teams. * Intermediate\-to\-advanced level of English. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Working in collaborative and international environments * Clear and structured communication * Proactivity * Results orientation * Willingness to travel occasionally **Skills:** Agile Environments, Business, Kanban, Technology Transformation, Technology Vision
