This includes performance oversight, incident resolution, and infrastructure optimization. Dedicated Level-2 support team: Extended-hour coverage via shifts and on-call duties providing expert technical support 24x7\. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Configuration, changes, and requests: Coordination of changes, service requests, and asset management. Additionally, Telefónica services (verification of end-user application functionality). * Fault resolution: Troubleshooting, technical leadership during incidents, coordination of resolution efforts. * Liaison with country teams and business units utilizing global services (ES/MX/US/PE/CO/VE/AR/UY/TQ/CIB, etc.) * Technologies: Physical routers, data center switches, virtual appliances, leased lines, CNFs, transit VPCs, etc. **Requirements** Candidates must meet the following minimum skills and technical requirements: * Provision of Level-2 network support and administration, including SD-WAN, firewalls, remote access, TACACS, and DNS. * Specialist engineering profile with extensive experience in communications network operations (networking and security), with expertise in the following technologies: * Advanced knowledge * Communications (CCNP/CCIE) * Cisco SD-WAN * Routing // MPLS // BGP * Monitoring: * Grafana * NetBrain * Netscout * ThousandEyes * English B2 * Autonomous, proactive, and capable of problem solving. * Work across three rotating shifts: 7\-15, 8\-17, and 8\.30\-17\.30\. * On-site work in Tres Cantos with 50% remote work. * On-call duty: one week every two months. **Additional Information** WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Permanent contract * Hybrid work at our Madrid headquarters (Nuevos Ministerios area).
