Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate software architect who deeply understands the entire ecosystem, proposes and validates logical architectures, and champions best practices in microservices and CI/CD. Key Highlights: 1. Constant, high-impact challenges in both the national public and private sectors. 2. Shared leadership, active listening, and participation in decision-making. 3. You have a career development plan and technical certifications. Some systems just work. And then there’s **ATENEA**: a living, complex ecosystem connecting public services, data, and people across Galicia and Asturias. At **PROCESIA**, we want someone who doesn’t flinch upon seeing Spring Boot \+ Vue \+ Oracle \+ Kubernetes \+ CI/CD—but instead smiles and thinks: *Okay, this is where it gets interesting*. **Who You Are (and you know it ;\-) )** * You love **understanding the full picture**: how systems communicate, how data flows, what happens when something fails. * You move confidently between **logical architectures**, system analysis, and information system development. * You’ve worked seriously with **microservices**: backend using **Spring Boot (Java)**, frontend using **Vue.js**, and **Oracle** databases. * Containers, **Kubernetes**, logging, traceability, integration, and continuous deployment aren’t just bullet points on your CV—they’re part of how you work. * You don’t need a specific degree to prove your expertise; you demonstrate it through your technical decisions and your code. **What You’ll Do:** * Design and document **logical architectures** for applications, transforming ambiguous requirements into clear designs. * Propose and validate ATENEA’s transition to a **microservices model**, respecting each region’s technological reality without compromising global coherence. * Define and oversee **technical integrations with third-party systems**, ensuring alignment with the microservices architecture and container/Kubernetes platforms. * Be one of the people driving best practices in **secure development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment**, safeguarding the technical quality of every component. One day you’ll be reviewing an architecture; another, discussing integrations with another team; another, helping improve the CI/CD pipeline. Here, routine is that **there is no routine**. **What It Feels Like to Work at PROCESIA** Imagine a place where: * There’s stable project work—yes—but also constant, high-impact challenges across the national public and private sectors. * You get a **permanent contract**, full-time hours, and flexible schedules because life doesn’t start or end at the keyboard. * You can work in a **hybrid model**, with autonomy and trust. * You have a **career development plan**, company-supported technical certifications, and new challenges. * You receive **English classes from day one**, helping you keep opening doors. * You enjoy **half-day Fridays** and lighter summer months, because sunshine and reunions matter too. * You benefit from **private health insurance**, a close-knit environment, and real policies on equality and respect. * Management follows **Management 3\.0**: shared leadership, active listening, and participation in decisions—not top-down directives. * And yes, there’s free coffee and tea—the important thing isn’t the coffee machine, but the conversations happening around it. **What We’d Love to Happen Next** That you read this and think: ***Here, they don’t just want someone who knows microservices—they want someone who wants to build something lasting, and someone who stays***. We provide the team, the projects, and the path for your growth. Are you in?
