#### **Job Description** The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and applications. This role ensures high\-quality, reliable, and maintainable code while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet business needs. #### **Responsibilities** * Design and develop new backend features on a highly scalable and self\-healing platform. * Assist in the implementation of a state\-of\-the\-art microservices architecture. * Research new technologies and participate in architectural decisions. * Work in a test\-driven development (TDD) environment. * Write code with performance, reliability, and maintainability in mind. * Perform functional requirements analysis. * Write high\-quality code and documentation. * Collaborate closely with other developers, QA, and product team members. * Apply analytical skills and maintain a strong commitment to quality. * Help track requests, issues, work progress, and other changes using project management tools. * Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. * Manage code changes and conduct code reviews. #### **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, with expertise in Python or Go. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization technologies in cloud\-based environments. * Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures. * Proven track record of working with high\-volume transactional systems. * Strong commitment to software quality and software engineering best practices. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Good command of both verbal and written English. * A degree in Information Technology or a related field is considered an advantage #### **Other information** * **Placement:** Málaga * **Desired Start:** As soon as possible #### **About us** RAW is a new studio with a conviction to create something that stands out in the sea of sameness.
