We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager with proven experience in team and production process management, capable of driving results and ensuring operational efficiency. ?? Key Responsibilities Ensure productivity, safety, and quality in the manufacturing process. Lead the operational team, removing barriers and facilitating workflow. Assess incidents and make agile and efficient decisions. Foster a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes. We seek a person with close leadership, ability to motivate teams, and a problem-solving mindset. Their ability to ensure uninterrupted production, maintain high quality standards, and promote a culture of constant improvement will be critical. ### **Requirements** Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manufacturing Manager in industrial settings (semi\-continuous or continuous processes). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement (desirable). ? Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma training (especially Black Belt level). Vocational Training (FP) or education related to industrial environments. ### **Offer** Initial contract of 6 months \+ 6 months, followed by permanent employment. What do we offer?
