




We are seeking a professional with extensive experience to oversee production and development in the agri-food sector. Responsibilities range from formulating prototypes and qualifying raw materials and packaging materials, to developing and evaluating new suppliers. This includes conducting sensory evaluations, route testing, process design, and managing thermal processes, industrial trials, capacity studies, and yield loss analysis. Implementation of processes through an operating system, handling and analyzing performance indicators, and supervision of the production line are expected. Proven experience of at least 10 years in food product formulation, especially in pâtés, spreads, and sauces, is essential. The position involves managing risk analysis and critical control points, as well as assessing the financial viability of processes.
