**Job Description** At The Whiteam Consulting, we are seeking a Java Programmer Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join a stable technology project. We are looking for a candidate experienced in Java application development, functional and technical analysis, and test execution, who wishes to join a specialized team involved in the development and evolution of software solutions. If you are passionate about Java development and want to continue growing professionally within a collaborative environment, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Analyze functional and technical requirements. * Develop and maintain applications using Java. * Conduct functional and technical tests to ensure software quality. * Participate in incident resolution and evolutionary maintenance. * Collaborate with the technical team throughout the entire development lifecycle. * Document developments following the project’s best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or Java Developer. * Solid knowledge of Java. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork capability. **Desirable** * Experience in enterprise software development projects. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * Experience in functional and technical testing. **Conditions** * Location: Madrid. * Work mode: Hybrid (1 day per week on-site). * Rate: €20.000 – €23.000 SBA, depending on experience. * Start date: As soon as possible. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals possessing extensive experience in technology consulting.
