Collaborate on AI and GenAI projects for innovative solutions Job Description: **MISSION** Ensure delivery of all projects related to policy underwriting and renewal across AXA’s various insurance lines—from new product creation and pricing to policy issuance. Participate in product evolution according to AXA’s defined roadmap, integrating innovative technologies—especially AI—to enhance development productivity and optimize runtime processes. **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze business requirements—both technical and functional—to define solutions aligned with area needs. * Develop robust and scalable solutions consistent with the SISnet architecture, maintaining and evolving core insurance modules (Issuance, Management). * Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support deployment of developed solutions. * Clearly document all developments and integrations to facilitate maintenance and future enhancements. * Propose technical improvements and optimizations of existing processes, pursuing efficiency and quality in deliverables. * Collaborate on preventive and corrective system maintenance tasks, ensuring system availability and performance. * Manage API integrations, batch processes, and cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, OpenShift), ensuring their proper operation. * Participate in AI and GenAI projects to strengthen innovative solutions within the core insurance platform. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS** * Microservice architectures. * Java + Spring, especially Spring Boot (minimum 5 years of experience). * RESTful JSON services and API knowledge. * Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). * AI tools and solutions (GenAI). * Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon, OpenShift. * Interfaces and batch processes. * Functional knowledge in Motor, Health, Corporate, and Life insurance lines. * Desirable: SISnet, other programming languages (NodeJS, .NET, Python), middleware (AMQ, Kafka). **SOFT SKILLS** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Clear and effective communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders. * Adaptability to technological and requirement changes. * Proactivity in proposing process improvements and optimizations. * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most relevant Talent Centers, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
