What would your responsibilities be?
Professionally, autonomously, and responsibly prepare, dress, and present dishes using the most suitable techniques.
You will be responsible for preparing meats, poultry, fish, legumes, etc., strictly adhering to specified weights, measurements, and indicated quantities, as well as ensuring proper dish presentation.
Collaborate in ordering and storing raw materials and kitchen supplies.
Monitor expiry dates, as well as temperature and refrigeration conditions of products used in preparation, complying fully with quality guidelines.
Collaborate in setting up and dismantling service areas.
Participate in collecting and transporting necessary products for menu preparation.
Collaborate in menu and menu planning.
Prepare and serve meals according to prescribed diets or regimens, strictly following their respective technical specifications.
Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal use of allocated products.
Support cleaning tasks.
Collaborate in all tasks related to collection, counting, and restocking of raw materials or finished products, including waste tracking.
Prepare and present dishes according to established guidelines, technical specifications, dietary requirements, portion sizes, etc.
Collaborate in inventory management, order planning, raw material storage, product receipt, etc.
Monitor expiry dates, temperature, storage conditions, etc. of raw materials.
Requirements
- Hospitality training
* Knowledge of HACCP, Food Handling, and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience; experience in collective catering and/or foodservice preferred
* Employment seeker certificate (DARDE)
* Personal vehicle preferred for access to workplace
* Availability to start on 09 February

- Temporary contract covering paternity leave
* Full-time position
* Working hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday, with two statutory rest days
* Salary per Collective Agreement for Collective Catering: €1,184 gross per month in 14 payments
* Work location: Toledo
