Position Summary: Computer systems specialist responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support for users in a university environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users, both on-site and remote. 2. Maintenance of computer and audiovisual equipment. 3. Interaction with faculty, staff, and students. Specialist technician in computer systems for Móstoles. A high school diploma, Higher Vocational Training qualification, or equivalent studies are required. Full-time position, totaling 37.5 hours per week, distributed across split shifts covering mornings and afternoons. This is a long-term disability replacement contract. The gross remuneration is €2066.30, paid in 15 installments. The main responsibilities include installing and configuring computers, performing maintenance and technical support, and assisting users both on-site and remotely. Knowledge of workplace safety and audiovisual equipment support in teaching classrooms will be valued. Experience in maintaining computer and audiovisual equipment, as well as conducting tests and configuring virtualized software environments, is expected. Experience in packaging applications, operating systems, and drivers is also required. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with faculty, staff, and students in a university setting.
