Nauterra España is seeking an Industrial IT Support Technician to join our offices in Carballo. **Job Mission:** Ensure operational continuity of computer and communication systems in the industrial environment by providing first- and second-level technical support to factory and office users, guaranteeing prompt incident resolution and preventive maintenance of the technology fleet. Support the maintenance and development of plant-floor data capture applications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (hardware, software, connectivity), with special focus on critical production systems. * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, industrial terminals, PDAs, label printers, and other plant hardware. * Collaborate in the deployment and configuration of plant network infrastructure (switches, Wi\-Fi access points, structured cabling). * Document solutions in the knowledge base and keep the factory’s technology asset inventory up to date. * Collaborate with the infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to apply patches and security policies on industrial equipment. * Support the development, maintenance, and support of plant-floor data capture and processing applications. **Skills and Competencies:** Teamwork, analytical ability oriented toward problem solving, communication. **Required Qualifications and Knowledge:** * Solid expertise in Windows environments (W10/W11\) and Microsoft 365\. * Hardware diagnostics (PCs, industrial peripherals, mobility devices). * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, addressing, device connectivity in industrial environments). * Basic programming in C\#. Net and PHP. * Familiarity with ticketing management tools (ITSM) and remote control software. * Desirable knowledge of plant-floor data capture systems (MES), OPC, PLC, SCADA, as well as basic electronics and experience with prototyping platforms such as Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or Arduino. * Academic background: Higher Vocational Training Cycle (ASIR \- Network Systems Administration or STI \- Telecommunications and Informatics Systems) or Bachelor’s degree in Technical Computer Engineering. * English: intermediate level (reading technical documentation; opening tickets with international manufacturers). * Minimum two years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in production or logistics environments. **What We Offer:** * Join a dynamic and growing team. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation and a competitive remuneration package. * Life and accident insurance. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the Company.
