We are currently looking to hire a **Composite Developer** to work at our aerospace composite materials manufacturing plant located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare technical documentation intended to serve as an operational guide for workshop personnel. * Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. * Supervise project technical tasks, identify errors, and implement solutions to ensure proper execution of work. * Coordinate with the development team and other departments (Production, Quality, Procurement, Administration, etc.) regarding required inputs and outputs for successful project execution. * Propose and implement concurrent processes to reduce development costs. * Provide support to manufacturing during initial production phases. * Ensure effective communication with the customer regarding requirement definition and change management. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent technical vocational training. * Proficiency in CATIA and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and related regulations is desirable. * Over 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate level of English. ### **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract. * Intensive work schedule. * Flexible compensation. * The opportunity to join a high-performance team with a high degree of specialization.
