And best of all: you’ll do it alongside a team that supports you at every step. * **Microservice Development:** Design and implement microservices in **Java**, using an event-driven architecture (**Event\-Driven Architecture / EDA**) with **Kafka**. * **Technical Leadership:** Lead complex software initiatives end-to-end—from analysis through to production deployment. * **Quality & Best Practices:** Ensure top-tier code quality through testing and *code reviews*, contribute to technical decision-making, and drive architectural evolution. * **Methodology & DevOps:** Collaborate in dynamic environments using **Agile (Scrum / Kanban)** methodologies, promote automation, apply **DevOps** best practices, and leverage **Artificial Intelligence** to optimize performance. **What will make you successful** **Education and Experience** * Degree in **Computer Engineering**, **Multiplatform Application Development**, or related field. * Solid backend development experience with **Java** and high-availability environments. * **Specific experience in payment systems**, including understanding sector-specific requirements and regulations. **Technical Expertise (Must\-have)** * **Total accumulated experience:** Between 6 and 10 years, with a minimum of **6 years demonstrable experience** as a Backend or Fullstack Developer. * **Core Backend Technical Skills:** Strong command of **Java**, and design/development of **microservice architecture**. * **Event\-Driven Architecture:** Practical experience with **EDA**, using **Kafka** or **Confluent**. * **CI/CD and DevOps Ecosystem:** Routine use of version control, continuous integration, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as **Jenkins**, **Git**, and **Bitbucket**. * **Robust Testing:** Established practices in test development (unit, integration, regression). * **Languages:** High level of **English** (B2, C1, or C2\). **We’re looking for someone who…** * Feels comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift. * Is well-organized and able to manage deadlines without compromising quality. * Enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. * Is curious and stays up-to-date with the latest technological trends.
