




Position Summary: Izertis is seeking a Functional Management, Support, and Training Specialist for a Teaching Platform to join one of our key public-sector clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of training programs and development of manuals ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Functional Management, Support, and Training Specialist for a Teaching Platform to support one of our most important public-sector clients. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Incident identification, management, and resolution: Receive and log user-reported incidents. Analyze and classify incidents based on impact and urgency. Provide first-level functional support to resolve usage issues. Escalate technical incidents when required. * Incidents related to the teaching platform: Resolve access, authentication, and permission issues. Manage errors in loading or displaying educational content. Provide support for failures in course, activity, or digital resource configuration. * Incidents related to associated tools: Resolve incidents affecting tools linked to the platform. Assist users with tools, surveys, and learning analytics systems. * Coordination and continuous improvement: Document incidents and solutions for the knowledge base. Collaborate with the functional team to identify improvements and optimize processes. Participate in the evolution and maintenance of the platform and associated tools. Functional management of the platform: * Administration and configuration: Supervise and manage platform configuration (roles, permissions, course structure). Parameterize functionalities according to user needs. Manage users, permissions, and profile administration. * Improvement and evolution management: Collect user feedback to propose functional enhancements. Log and document recurring issues. Analyze usage metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Training and manual development: * Design and implementation of training programs: Conduct training sessions for different user groups (teachers, students, technical staff). Deliver hands-on workshops on platform and complementary tool usage. Develop self-paced courses and self-training materials. * Creation and maintenance of manuals: Draft detailed and up-to-date user manuals. Create quick-reference guides and FAQs. Document procedures and usage protocols. * Support resources: Offer personalized user guidance. Provide downloadable materials and step-by-step guides. Send notifications and newsletters highlighting updates and best practices. * Audiovisual communication support: Collaborate with the General Sub-Directorate for audiovisual communication. Manage communication channels, websites, and social media. Create digital content (audio, video, institutional campaigns). ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ASIR, DAW, DAM). **Professional Experience:** * Administration and management of online teaching platforms: minimum 3 years. * Implementation of digital transformation projects in education: minimum 1 year. * Incident management and functional support for technological platforms: minimum 5 years. * Administration and management of the Moodle e-learning platform: minimum 4 years. * User training and design of digital training content: 4 years. * Process documentation, manual development, and user guide creation: 4 years. * Additional desirable qualifications: Accredited training (>35 hours) in e-learning platforms (LMS). ITIL Foundation certification. **Where would we like you to be located for this vacancy?** This position will be performed at the client's offices located on Paseo de la Castellana, under an IN-PERSON work arrangement. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract * Salary negotiated according to your experience and expectations. * Flexible working hours: 8 hours Monday to Thursday; 7 hours on Friday.
