**SEROMAL**, a public services company belonging to the Alcobendas City Council, is seeking Second-Level HVAC Technicians with 3 years of experience for temporary contracts to meet specific summer-season requirements, with medium- and long-term continuity potential. Your mission is to install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, gas, electrical, voice/data network, and other installations in municipal facilities, using available resources, ensuring optimal operational condition and minimizing user inconvenience. Your **FUNCTIONS** will include providing services at buildings or spaces managed by the Alcobendas City Council according to their needs, and may primarily consist of: \-Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and heating equipment, as well as associated installations. \-Installing and maintaining air-conditioning units. \-Assisting in low-voltage installation maintenance in buildings. \-Cleaning air-conditioner filters. \-Replacing lamps. \-Executing work orders linked to building maintenance plans to comply with regulations. \-Receiving user notifications directly. \-Purchasing specific materials from pre-established suppliers to avoid delays in resolving faults. \-Performing control panel operations, system regulation, and automation. \-Providing professional support for events held at the Auditorium and other municipal buildings: room temperature, electricity supply, etc. \-Maintaining and repairing terminal gas installations. \-Maintaining and repairing other building installations (public address systems, video doorphones, clocks, etc.). \-Maintaining and repairing building hydraulic pumps. \-Occasionally performing oxyacetylene and electric welding. \-Operating telemanagement computers. \-Managing GMAO work orders via mobile devices or other digital means. \-Completing daily work reports detailing services performed at assigned municipal facilities. The **WORK SCHEDULE** rotates between morning and afternoon shifts, changing every two weeks: \-Mornings: 7:40 AM to 2:30 PM \-Afternoons: 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM The **WORK WEEK** is as follows: \-Weeks 1–4: Monday to Friday \-Week 5: Monday to Sunday (long week) \-Week 6: Wednesday to Friday (short week) One weekend per six is worked. The contract will initially be temporary, subsequently transitioning to the internal database with continuity possibilities. **REQUIREMENTS**: \-Valid driver's license. \-Education \- Must hold one of the following: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity/Electronics; Professional Certification; Professional License for Thermal Installations in Buildings; or qualification authorized by DGIEM for this activity, or equivalent training. \-RITE \- HVAC, Heating, and Domestic Hot Water Installation and Maintenance License, or equivalent accreditation. \-20-hour in-person occupational risk prevention training specific to HVAC. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**: \-Low-voltage electrical installer license or equivalent accreditation. \-Gas installer license (Category A or B) or equivalent accreditation. \-Refrigeration technician license or equivalent accreditation. \-Voluntary availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, as well as outside regular working hours, to support municipal public events and activities.
