The role’s mission is to support the business across various human resources processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and legal compliance. **What will your responsibilities be?** Labor Relations Management: Serve as the **key point of contact** for resolving any labor disputes and managing labor relations with a proactive and constructive approach. **Advise leaders and employees** on labor policies, current legislation, and best practices in human resources. **Routine management of the labor framework**, including dismissals, MSCTs, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary codes, inspections, etc. **Negotiation** with Works Councils and Trade Unions.
