Participation in CI/CD practices and DevOps-oriented approaches #### **Job Description** At **The Whiteam Consulting**, we are looking for a **Java Developer** with experience in modern microservice environments, continuous integration, and DevOps practices. This role targets professionals with a solid foundation in **Java (preferably Java 11\+), Spring Framework**, and fundamental knowledge of cloud architectures (preferably AWS), who are interested in working within agile teams and robust, scalable development environments. You will participate in demanding projects, applying sound engineering practices, design principles, testing, and continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. #### **Responsibilities** * Develop backend applications using **Java (11\+)** and **Spring**. * Design, implement, and evolve **REST APIs** and microservices. * Participate in **CI/CD** practices and adopt a DevOps mindset. * Apply engineering principles such as **TDD**, design patterns, and coding best practices. * Collaborate with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). * Participate in deployments, code reviews, and on-call support. * Work in cloud environments (preferably **AWS**). #### **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of experience** developing with **Java**. * Experience with **Spring Framework**. * Basic knowledge of: + **Microservice** architectures + Design and consumption of **REST APIs** + Cloud concepts (preferably AWS) * Knowledge of **CI/CD / DevOps** * Familiarity with testing practices and methodologies. * Experience working in **agile** teams (Scrum/Kanban). * **Languages**: + Native Spanish/C2 + English B2 or C1 #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with: + **Kafka** + **RabbitMQ** + **PostgreSQL** + **ELK Stack** + **Kubernetes** * Experience in distributed systems or high-availability environments. #### **Conditions** * Employment mode: **Hybrid**, with minimum **20% on-site presence**.
