We need a Senior Administrative Assistant with proven ability to coordinate daily operations and, in practice, independently manage the department when required. This is not a position with a senior hierarchical title, but rather a role characterized by high autonomy, responsibility, and a holistic understanding of the company’s operations. The selected candidate will serve as the key administrative and operational support person—ensuring all internal processes run seamlessly. As Operations Coordinator, responsibilities span from calendar and communication management to invoicing control, supplier management, and basic treasury oversight—acting as the liaison between management and other departments. Essential Requirements * Demonstrable experience (minimum 5\-7 years) in similar roles, preferably within SMEs or companies with lean structures, where the candidate had to self-organize and resolve issues without a team reporting to them. * Ability to work entirely independently: make decisions, prioritize tasks, anticipate problems, and execute without constant supervision. * 360-degree business perspective: does not limit themselves to isolated tasks but understands how their work impacts overall results. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and management tools. * Proactivity, excellent organizational skills, discretion, and practical judgment. * Willingness to learn (regulations, new tools, sector-specific processes) as required by the company. * Key Responsibilities * Coordination of daily operations (calendars, internal and external communications). * Invoicing management, supplier payments, and basic treasury control. * Document organization and archiving (physical and digital). * Direct support to management on strategic and operational tasks. * Continuous improvement of internal procedures. * Resolving any administrative or operational emergencies with sound judgment and autonomy.
