Requirements: * High level of spoken and written English. Certification recommended, at least B2\. * Proven professional experience in: o Hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, components) o Operating systems (Windows, macOS, basic Linux) o Basic networking o Basic cybersecurity o Technical support and troubleshooting o Good IT practices and user support * Required experience: o 1\-3 years of experience in a similar role. o Experience resolving Windows, Azure, Office365, and iOS issues .o Experience handling user telephone calls o Experience using ticketing applications o Experience using Knowledge Base databases * Personal attributes: o Customer-service oriented and team-player mindset. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
