We differentiate ourselves through participation in innovative projects leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Data Analytics. **Your Role:** **You will join the IT Infrastructure team, participating in the management, evolution, and support of hybrid environments (on\-premise and cloud).** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your main responsibilities will include: * Resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests in IT infrastructure environments * Supporting the design and implementation of infrastructure architectures (on\-premise and cloud) * Administration of Windows and Linux systems * Basic network management (switching, routing, firewalling) * Participation in cloud migration and transformation projects (Azure / AWS) * Coordination with multidisciplinary technical teams * Interaction with internal stakeholders and clients * Preparation of service reports and KPI tracking * Collaboration with other technology areas to ensure alignment with global strategy **Your Profile:** -------------- We seek a technically skilled candidate with experience in IT infrastructure and motivation to continue growing in cloud environments.
