The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Telecommunications Engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of **Ground Segment Software** development from a system perspective. This role requires a professional with analytical skills and experience in managing complex projects. You will participate in: * the development of Ground Segment Software, ensuring the integration and functionality of various system components. * proposals related to **SATCOM** domain * project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technical processes. * technical reviews and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?** Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Telecommunications** Engineering or a related field. Experience in **Ground Segment Software** development with a system\-level perspective. Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectively Communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. High level of English **SATCOM** technologies: DTP, BFN, OBP Network 5G, LEO constellations, routing algorithms Link budgets, basic electronic and RF knowledge Knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and other modern software development frameworks and practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
