




Job Summary: We are seeking a Chemical, Civil, or Industrial Engineer to support plant operations, prepare technical proposals, and contribute to designs in the water sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Participate in the **operation of national and international plants**, supporting process monitoring, data collection, and performance optimization. * Collaborate in the **preparation of technical proposals**, performing tender document reviews, preliminary sizing, and basic supplier inquiries. * Support the Technical Department by contributing to **designs**, **calculations**, updating **P\&ID** diagrams, and drafting **technical documentation**. * Support field teams during **site visits, inspections, and activity follow-up**, gaining hands-on understanding of real-world water treatment systems. * Progressively train within the Water Division—specifically in engineering, operations, and project areas—to acquire a comprehensive business perspective. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Chemical, Civil, and/or Industrial Engineering**. A Master’s degree related to the sector is desirable. * **Competency profile**: proactivity, problem-solving ability, teamwork, strong learning capacity, willingness to relocate nationally and internationally. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the water sector is considered an advantage. * Languages: **English** C1\.
