At Grupo NS, we are seeking **a DEX Engineer specialized in Aternity (Riverbed)** to join a **banking sector** project, participating in monitoring and improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
We are looking for a professional with experience in **Aternity (Riverbed)** and motivation to work in environments focused on **observability, performance, and user experience**.
***Key Responsibilities***
* Participate in the deployment, configuration, and administration of the Aternity platform.
* Create and maintain dashboards, metrics, and Digital Experience (DEX) indicators.
* Monitor user experience using KPIs and observability tools.
* Identify incidents related to performance and digital experience, collaborating on their analysis and resolution.
* Execute remediation and automation campaigns within the Aternity platform.
* Collaborate with Service Desk, Workplace, and End User Computing (EUC) teams.
* Prepare reports and summaries on the status of digital experience and improvement actions.

**Requirements:**

**Mandatory Requirements**
* **2–3 years** of experience in similar roles.
* Knowledge and hands-on experience with **Aternity (Riverbed)**.
* Experience in **monitoring user digital experience (DEX)**.
* Ability to create dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
* Knowledge of monitoring using KPIs.
* Skills in incident analysis and resolution.
* Ability to work collaboratively across diverse technical teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
* Experience in Workplace, EUC, or Service Desk environments.
* Knowledge of incident automation and remediation.
* Experience in financial or banking sector projects.
* Education: Engineering degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or other technology-related fields.
