You will join a new high-performance squad **to work on a greenfield project**, where you will have the opportunity to transform the mortgage sector using generative Artificial Intelligence and cutting-edge architectures. **Oxigent Technologies** is seeking an **AI Developer** to participate in an ambitious project for modernizing and developing intelligent platforms, located in Madrid. If selected, your mission will be to **design and implement solutions based on LLMs and rule engines** to automate the core of the mortgage business, working in a continuously innovative technological environment. What will be your main responsibilities? * **Design, develop, and maintain production AI agents** based on LLMs (primarily Gemini or equivalent models). * **Build automation and orchestration systems** for agents, integrated into real business workflows (e.g., using tools such as n8n or similar). * **Implement generative AI solutions** applied to information extraction from documents (PDFs, emails, internal systems, etc.), transforming them into structured and actionable data. * **Design, version, and optimize advanced prompts** (Prompt Engineering), evaluating quality, consistency, and minimizing hallucinations. * **Build APIs and backend services in Python** to serve agents and AI pipelines using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask. * **Collaborate with the backend team** on modernizing and extracting components from the current system into agent-based architectures. What qualifications do you need?
