Liaison with the service administration. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specializing in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Technicians \- Sports Facilities in the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support for coordinating the FPI auxiliary staff team in sports activities. * Liaison with the administration responsible for the service. * Management and access control of sports facilities. * Telephone support for athletes. * Setup and signage of sports equipment. * Computerized registration of data related to facility usage. * Reporting of incidents related to facility usage. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain), or at least six months of professional and/or academic experience in this position. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2,000 hours of physical activity and sports-related experience ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possibility of formalizing a training contract for acquiring professional practice associated with the qualification required in this vacancy (provided that no more than three years have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or five years if a disability certificate is accredited, and no prior training contract of this type linked to the same qualification has been signed for over six months). * Six months to one year or more of professional and/or academic experience in work related to physical activity and sports (to be verified during technical evaluation). * One month to one year or more of professional and/or academic experience in supporting team coordination (to be verified during technical evaluation). * At least one month of professional and/or academic experience in supporting coordination and communication with entities or bodies responsible for the service. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately six months, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, project scope, and circumstances of selected candidates. + If a training/practice contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be relevant to the duties of the position, and the candidate must perform tasks appropriate to that qualification, enabling adequate professional practice aligned with their level of education. + Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week. + Flexible scheduling: Contract covers Monday through Sunday, including public holidays. + Morning and afternoon shifts with possible rotation and shift allowance, where applicable.
