IT Systems Technician and Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT support and systems professional to manage the technological infrastructure, including Active Directory, databases, and user and supply chain support. Modern and dynamic work environment We are looking for a professional with experience in systems and IT support to join our team in Castro de Rei. Responsibilities include full management of the technological infrastructure, covering hardware maintenance, networks, and communications. This involves ensuring the proper operation of servers, switches, access points, and structured cabling. Active Directory administration is critical, covering user onboarding, offboarding, and permissions, as well as implementation of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enhance security. Backup operations will be monitored to ensure data integrity. Level 1 and 2 support will be provided for corporate software, especially MS Dynamics 365, collaborating on process optimization. SQL Server administration and the Office 365 ecosystem are also part of the responsibilities. Additional duties include supply chain support, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and product coding (EAN). Proper functioning of labeling systems will be ensured, and direct technical support will be provided to users, including workstation installation and configuration. The position includes a long-term stability project with continuous training and a modern and dynamic work environment. CFGS in Computer Science, Network Systems Administration (ASIR), or Telecommunications and Computer Systems. Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles. Essential knowledge of technical infrastructure (networks, communications, servers, backup). Valuable experience in production processes, MS Dynamics 365, EAN, EDI, labeling, Microsoft Office 365 tools, and relational databases (SQL Server). B1 level of English is desirable.
