We are looking for **a Facility Supervisor** to join one of our divisions in the northern region (Cantabria and Basque Country). Stay alert and prepare to take the next step in your career journey with Serunion!** * Minimum education: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level). * Mobility to visit our facilities. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing multiple facilities and teams in a similar supervisory role within the services sector. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, email, management systems, etc.). * Proactive, flexible, and organized individual. * Strong communication and negotiation skills—both with clients and with various facility managers and staff under supervision. * Valid driver’s license required.
