**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**Position Objective**
In Plasencia, Cáceres, we are seeking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** for **First Stop**, with the objective of providing administrative and operational support to the center’s daily activities, ensuring efficient document management, customer and supplier service, and accurate data entry into internal systems.
First Stop and Elma are Bridgestone Group subsidiaries in Spain. Together, we manage a network of approximately 46 service centers nationwide, offering comprehensive maintenance solutions for automobiles.
First Stop specializes in tires and automotive maintenance services, serving both individual customers and professional fleets. Our offering includes a full range of products and services such as electronic diagnostics, preventive maintenance, tire replacement, brakes, suspension, timing belts, clutches, air conditioning systems, and oil changes. We also possess strong expertise in tire management for light and heavy vehicles.

**Responsibilities:**
* General administrative management of the center.
* Telephone and in-person customer, supplier, and collaborator service.
* Management and filing of documentation (delivery notes, invoices, contracts, purchase orders).
* Support in billing tasks, receivables control, and payments.
* Data entry and updating in internal systems and corporate tools.
* Administrative support to the center manager and operational team.
* Basic coordination with other internal departments when required.
* Tracking of administrative incidents and support during internal audits.
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
* Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Administration, Management, or related field.
* Experience in similar administrative positions.
* Prior experience in industrial environments, workshops, automotive, or service sectors is desirable.
**Education, Master’s Degree, Other Qualifications:**
* Medium-level Vocational Training.
**Experience (Years):**
* At least 2 years.
**Technical Skills:**
* Knowledge of **Navision** (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) is desirable.
* User-level Excel proficiency (data management, lists, tracking).
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience in administrative management.
* Organizational ability and capacity to prioritize tasks.
* Driver’s license is desirable.
