We are seeking a candidate with experience in coordinating socio-labor integration projects, capable of providing technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team and ensuring project implementation and continuous improvement. Candidates should be highly organized, skilled in planning, collaborative leadership, and results-oriented, with experience managing publicly funded projects and coordinating relationships with partner entities and institutions. Key responsibilities include coordinating the technical execution of the project, supervising adherence to the project schedule, and supporting the team in resolving technical and organizational issues. This also involves developing and updating technical protocols and materials, overseeing documentation quality, monitoring implementation indicators, and proposing corrective measures. The role requires fostering networked collaboration with public resources, companies, and social entities, as well as preparing technical reports and monitoring summaries. A university degree in social sciences, social education, psychology, or related fields is required, along with at least three years of experience in employment project management and team coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is mandatory, as are collaborative leadership skills, analytical capability, and a results orientation. Familiarity with the Madrid Employment Agency and the third sector is considered an asset. The position is temporary, with an annual gross salary of 30\.000 euros.
