In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a project from conception to completion, ensuring that defined objectives, budget, and timelines are achieved. Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring the project; managing cross-functional teams; controlling the budget; assessing and mitigating risks; and ensuring the quality of the final product or service. * Define, coordinate, and plan projects. * Manage the allocated budget, vendors, stakeholders, and technical team. * Fully manage the project, considering all necessary aspects based on its complexity/scope. * Analyze and understand business processes. * Identify impacts, whether between systems or business areas. * Conduct necessary communications within the project context. * Plan and coordinate with all involved teams (internal and vendor). * Track and report project progress. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Certification in Scrum Master, Project Management (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile is desirable. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to facilitate estimations. * Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize, contributing positively to interdepartmental collaboration. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset. * High degree of responsibility and commitment to work and its outcomes. * Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
