We are now seeking new team members with strong technical aptitude and operational vision to work on a highly critical service within the energy sector. If your typical work spans technical support, system operations, and product engineering—and you are familiar with OT and industrial environments… Keep reading. **What will be your mission?** Ensure continuous operation of a SCADA platform at an energy sector control center, managing incidents, coordinating with vendors and third parties, and functionally evolving the system in an environment where every decision has real-world impact. **You will work with:** * Industrial SCADA platforms (Hitachi Energy EMS is a plus) * OT protocols: IEC 104, ICCP, HMI, communication frontends * ITSM tools for ticket management and tracking * IT/OT environments and access domains * Automated reporting and extraction of operational data **What we are looking for:** * Experience or knowledge of SCADA / industrial systems environments * Familiarity with operation and maintenance of critical systems * Knowledge of OT protocols: IEC104, ICCP, HMI * Ability to manage incidents and coordinate with IT/OT teams * Analytical, organized profile with strong teamwork skills Bonus points for experience with Hitachi Energy EMS/SCADA, electrical grid control centers, or functional English for vendor communications. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid working model. * Flexible working hours. * Continuous working day during summer (3 months). * Health insurance (50% covered by CIC). * Flexible compensation and discount club. * Technical training related to the role from day one. * December 24th and 31st off. * Professional development and career path plan. *Summary · Hybrid work model · Madrid · Santander.* **Do you see yourself in this role?
